    WSI's Approach
  • Conduct HR audits, employee surveys, job analysis to design interventions that improve employee productivity and retention

  • Increase capacity of company HR staff and local business service providers
  • Design needs-based HR training programs and seminars

To strengthen business capacity and mobilize resources to become competitive, private sector companies in market transition countries often need to improve productivity and upgrade internal management practices. In the public sector, government ministries need more efficient operations to transition from passive assistance to client-focused service delivery.

Worldwide Strategies, Inc. promotes growth and increases competitiveness of small and medium sized enterprises. WSI also works with local business service providers helping companies in selected sectors or clusters to improve HR management. We develop consulting materials then empower local providers to deliver training and consulting services at the firm level.

WSI also assists government agencies to provide quality services through strategic planning, change management, and redesigning organizational structures and staffing patterns for more efficient operations.
